Welcome to San Francisco (West Side)

A technology-focused community in an urban area with views of the mountains and the Bay

San Francisco might be the prettiest metropolitan city, surrounded by lush rolling hills and coastline. People come to the area to enjoy the food, the entertainment, and the historic sites. People move to the area for many reasons, one being the opportunity to build a career in technology. As the center for many technology headquarters, such as Salesforce and Apple, San Francisco attracts some of the brightest minds in technology.

Homes in the area range from the colorful Queen Anne’s to the contemporary. The area is growing, even with the move to working from home, people are moving to San Francisco for career opportunities and bayside living. New housing developments are underway and there are plans for more being developed. The Balboa Reservoir project plans to transform an unused parking lot into a new residential community geared toward young families.
